Fisher Mansion

CWC was selected by Salt Lake City to lead the structural stabilization and seismic retrofit of the historic Fisher Mansion—a 19th-century landmark located along the Jordan River Parkway. The project includes extensive preservation work to reinforce the building’s unreinforced masonry walls, install concealed structural tie-ins, and replace the entire roofing system while preserving original architectural details.
Interior improvements involve selective demolition, wood flooring restoration, decorative plaster repair, and the protection and reinstallation of original chandeliers and historic metalwork. All work is performed with sensitivity to the mansion’s historic character, in coordination with city officials and preservation consultants.
