Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Overview: Situated next door to the governor’s mansion, this historic property was transformed into an updated space to act as security live-in headquarters and security check-in for touring guests. Our crews meticulously utilized stringent techniques to preserve historic details while seamlessly adding new modern amenities to blend in with the existing character of the building. Scope included extensive protection and demolition work, new concrete basement additions, new kitchen and bedrooms, new high-end lighting fixtures and door hardware, new doors, additional utilities, new backup generator, and security monitoring station.

Location: Petrified Forest National Park, AZ
Overview: A renovation of this historic building built in 1924. CWC was selected as best value provider by the NPS to complete this renovation that included site utilities, framing, mechanical, electrical and plumbing, specialized door and window restoration, roofing, interior finishes, and new visitor parking lot.
Anasazi state park preservation

Location :Boulder, UT
Overview: Preservation of an ancient Anasazi Indian Village and remodel to the existing visitors center. Construction included metal canopies to cover ruin sites from further deterioration, exposed aggregate trails throughout. This project required a special sensitivity towards the existing ruins and an awareness of archeological artifacts uncovered during construction. Entire project was completed while park remained open to visitors.

Overview: CWC was value selected to complete this renovation and restoration of this historic 1929 building. Work included demolition, framing, timber restructuring, reglazing, mechanical, electrical, roofing, parking area, and historic fabric restoration.
Yavapai observation station restoration

Location: Grand Canyon, South Rim
Overview: A complete restoration of the historic structure built in 1928. Work included stone tuck pointing, viga end replacements, restoration of historic concrete floor, mechanical and electrical additions, structural upgrades, walkways and new glass paneling.

Overview: This historic building cherished by the local community was re-stabilized structurally by our crews designing and installing temporary wood bracing throughout the interior of the building to keep this structure sound while the city makes further improvements.

Overview: Over 350 windows in this 10-story historic building were replaced. Consulting with the local historical society was required due to the historic status of the building. All work was completed while building remained occupied.
