Overview: this project for the Utah Transit Authority involves the construction of two new state-of-the-art bus stations serving BYU students and the wider community. Designed with both functionality and aesthetics in mind, these stations aim to enhance the rider experience and elevate the local transit infrastructure. The scope includes running new electrical systems to power modern amenities such as ambient mood lighting, a real-time electronic bus schedule kiosk, and an integrated fare payment hub. Each station also features custom sand-blasted, etched glass windbreak panels—both decorative and practical—offering protection from the elements while adding a distinctive visual element to the space. These upgraded stations will provide a comfortable, efficient, and visually appealing experience for UTA riders in the area.

Overview: Construction of 8 new precast concrete bathroom structures to provide a clean, secure and accessible space for bus drivers to utilize. Each building was built completely off site while site utilities were ran, stubbed up and ready to plug and play with the structure to be delivered and set via crane. Scope also included site improvements such as concrete sidewalk and landscaping.

New 300ft long platform was constructed to meet correct slope and height requirements with structural support using helical piers. Overview: This project involved the expansion and modernization of the existing fuel island for Utah County. The scope of work began with mass excavation to remove outdated underground fuel tanks. Due to the depth and complexity of the excavation, the process required temporary shoring and active dewatering to maintain site stability and safety.
Following tank removal, three new fuel tanks were installed with precision, along with upgraded fuel pumps and associated system improvements. The project also included various site enhancements, culminating in the placement of new concrete pavement and asphalt paving to restore and improve surface functionality. The result is a modern, efficient fueling facility designed to serve the county’s growing operational needs.

Overview: This scope includes full demolition and removal of all existing concrete both inside and outside the inspection bay, followed by excavation and removal of interior soils. Helical piers were installed around the structure to re-stabilize the foundation, which has been settling due to ongoing drainage issues. Once stabilized, we poured back new concrete surfaces throughout the area.

Overview: Demolition of existing asphalt, curb & gutter & waterway to regrade and remove dip at the intersection to improve traffic flow off 6200 S. Crews regraded and poured new concrete curb & gutter with ADA ramps, re-graded and paved new asphalt with updated thermoplastic striping. Also installed one new storm drain cleanout box to improve drainage around the neighborhood entrance with new grades.

Work also included converting existing rectangular storm drain lids and replacing with cast-in-place circular lids, additional signage and upgraded striping for bike lanes and crosswalks, concrete sidewalk and ADA ramp replacement.

Overview: Facility modernization and life-safety upgrades of the air traffic control tower at Four Corners Regional Airport in Farmington, NM. Work included a complete electrical and mechanical retrofit, demo and renovation of all five floors with new finishes, the addition of a emergency generator building, and new parking lot. The project also required asbestos removal while remaining occupied by aviation personnel.

Location: Great Falls, MT
Overview: Remodeling of the FAA administrative office building and the 120’ air traffic control tower. The scope consisted of the complete demolition and reinstallation of the electrical and mechanical systems, demolition of the existing plaster ceiling and the addition of new office space within the administrative building. The control cab received new console equipment and new ceiling tile. We re-roofed the tower and installed a new door in the tower through the concrete structure. The elevator motors and relay were also replaced.
