  • Client: West Side Stamp Development

    Location: Salt Lake City, UT

    Overview: Formerly known as the Salt Lake Stamp Building, this five-story concrete frame was converted into loft/warehouse style condominiums. The vanities and kitchens feature cast-in-place concrete countertops designed and built by our firm. A seismic retrofit was completed along with a two story concrete parking structure. With the addition of the penthouse on the rood, this building adds to the beauty and revival of the west side of downtown Salt Lake City.

  • Client: The Ridge Market & Cafe

    Location: Draper, UT

    Overview: Complete renovation from existing empty shell building to a high-end destination cafe. Included complete interior demo, installation of garage doors, service counters & tiling, restaurant booths, high end kitchen equipment and storage equipment, new flooring and paint throughout.

MOnt Harmon Cafeteria Expansion

  • Client: Carbon County School District

    Location: Price, UT

    Overview: This expansion integrated seamlessly with the existing school structure while allowing uninterrupted use of adjacent facilities throughout construction. Key elements of the project included structural demolition where required, foundation and framing work, utility connections, and integration of new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Additionally, temporary enclosures, erosion control measures, and a carefully coordinated construction schedule ensured minimal disruption to school operations. The project scope extended to high-quality interior finishes, food service equipment installations, and compliance with all relevant safety and building codes. The addition was designed to support the school's long-term needs, providing a modernized, functional space for students and staff.

    Overview: Interior demolition of existing curtain wall, removal of existing wall coverings, all tile and carpet, light fixtures. Installation of new Nanawall folding glass door system, construction of new reception desk with security glass system, new tiling and carpeting throughout, new LED light fixtures, new solid wood security access doors.

    Overview: Demolition and remodel of three science lab rooms for Carbon High School. Scopes varied from concrete demo, millwork demo and re-install, new acoustic ceilings, new chemistry tables and sinks with new plumbing, metal lockers.

    Location: Salt Lake City, UT

    Overview: The project began with demolition work, including the removal of an existing wall to create an open-concept layout that facilitates better interaction between workers and visiting students. We also removed the outdated carpeting throughout the area. Once the demolition was complete, we performed floor leveling to ensure a smooth foundation for the installation of new VCT tile wood flooring and updated carpeting. To further refine the space, we constructed a new wall with a door and door frame to separate the newly opened area from an adjoining office. This design struck the perfect balance between creating a welcoming, open environment and maintaining necessary functionality.Additionally, our electrical team replaced 90 outdated light fixtures with new energy-efficient LED fixtures to enhance brightness and reduce energy consumption. They also ran wiring and installed three new power poles in the middle of the room to provide power for the new work desks for employees. To complete the transformation, we painted the entire room with new white and black accent paint, giving it a bright and stylish feel.

    Overview: Demolition of existing classroom facilities to convert room into an educational center for young special needs students. Demo of existing kitchen to convert into a private bathroom and another private shower room with an ADA lift. Constructed new kitchenette for educating students on basic home cooking methods. New light fixtures and paint around entire room.

    Overview: Complete removal of existing metal gate and nearby fencing to replace with full-height gate and fencing to increase security and restrict unwanted access to the aviary.

flagstaff high school remodel

  • Client: City of Flagstaff

    Location: Flagstaff, AZ

    Overview: The project began with the rehabilitation of athletic facilities, prioritizing safety and functionality. Outdated locker rooms were gutted and rebuilt with vandal-resistant finishes, while centralized office spaces were added to enhance security and control. In the second phase, a major design challenge was resolved by demolishing one wing of the campus and constructing a new central spine that connected three primary areas of the school. This highly visible, student-friendly space features a linear gallery that supports a photovoltaic array to significantly reduce energy usage. The gallery links a new 300-seat mini-auditorium, two state-of-the-art science lab/lecture rooms, and a remodeled 600-seat student common area. Additional upgrades included a new kitchen and food court-style serving area with eight food venues, providing a modern and inviting dining experience. A new north commons area, constructed within the historic school building, restored the original native stone wall construction and created space for vending, small classes, and performances. This renovation showcases a thoughtful balance of historic preservation, modern design, and sustainable practices, resulting in a vibrant and functional campus for students and staff.

snow college activity center upgrade

  • Client: State of Utah

    Location: Ephraim, UT

    Overview: Work included the addition of continuous footing and foundation alongside the existing foundation in order to support a new brick veneer system. Epoxy dowels were used extensively for the veneer system attachment. The existing roof was removed from the building to eliminate existing asbestos. The existing roof metal decking received welding to meet current seismic codes. Landscape restoration and interior painting were also completed.

    Location: Tombstone, AZ

    Overview: Multiple remodel/renovation projects for school facilities. Construction included new roof top HVAC units, roofing membrane, electrical upgrades, storm drainage system and classroom remodels.

byu mckay building interior remodel

  • Client: Brigham Young University

    Location: Provo, UT

    Overview: This project was built in two phases. The first phase consisted of the basement and first floor and the second phase included the second and third floors.  As each floor was being worked on the other two floors were being used for classes. The scope of the project included complete interior demolition, replacement of all windows and construction of shear walls extending through all four floors to complete the seismic upgrade for the building. The mechanical and electrical systems required complete replacement along with finishes of gypsum / metal studs, paint, wall coverings and new floor finishes. Each phase was coordinated with the university to insure minimal interruption to the environment and class schedule. Stringent dust and noise protection was required, as well as the implementation of barricades and walkways for the safety of the students, facility, and construction team.

gilbert high school remodel

  • Client: Gilbert School District

    Location: Gilbert, AZ

    Overview: The scope of this interior remodel project included demolition of existing locker rooms and remodeling of four locker rooms. Work included plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and fire protection. New toilets, partitions, sinks, hand dryers, and masonry walls were installed. We also constructed new shower areas and admin offices.
